The Artists of The Corvallis Art walk

 

Artist Olivia Rivers, local painter for 20 years, standing in her 
studio located in downtown Corvallis. With her newest
painting "Ode To Ukraine" Olivia honors a classic painting
the Madonna of Kiev in order to bring awareness of
the atrocities of Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine.
She is donating 50% of the sales of prints of this painting
to the charity Doctors Without Borders. Prints can be
purchased at her blog oliviarivers.art.

Adrian Fritze stands in her workshop with her latest
sculpture On Gem Laden Wings I Carry Thee. The
sculpture depicts a catholic angel carrying a soul to
heaven. Born to a catholic family and raised on a
reservation, Adrian later in life left her faith and pursued
 an art career in Portland Oregon later settling down in
Corvallis Oregon where she co operates the games store
Conundrum House with her husband Mark van der Pol.
Her Workshop, which she also shares with her husband,
is located just down the hall where her and Mark 
produce art and create props for the LARP events,
hosted at the Conundrum house regularly.
